The mark consists of an offset outline of a gray shield separated into in four parts with each part having shadows and highlights in various shades of gray, four green arrows appear pointing inward at 90 degree angles with the arrowheads almost meeting at the center of the shield and forming an X, the left and right arrows are shaded at the center line by a lighter green on the top and darker green on the bottom, at the ends of arrows appear lines of circles which gradually get larger until they disappear.
